Being a young adult is not easy. This period of life comes with many adjustments and transitions: stress that comes with college, the adjustment of embarking on a new career, relationships take on new meaning, even addictions can take hold like a vice; and then there’s always the big uncertainty: “What am I supposed to be doing?”
With these changes often come doubt, stress, anxiety, depression, and more… and you are far from alone in these experiences.

The Benefits of Therapy

Utilizing a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness (stress reduction). and EMDR, all while meeting you where you are at, I will work with you to create a treatment plan that is customized to meet your unique circumstances and goals.
I am very easy going and laid back. I have worked with hundreds of young adults over the years. With honesty and compassion I will work with you to create an open channel of communication. The goal of our therapy sessions together will be to help you develop the emotional intelligence needed to lead a successful life. Additionally, we will work on developing self-compassion and self acceptance which will allow you to move more easily through difficult times in the future as wells as become a more productive and happier person.
